🚀 i-CATS Launches 12 New Tech Degrees — AI, Aviation & More!
🎓 Big News from i-CATS University College! 🚀In support of Sarawak’s free education initiative, i-CATS is set to launch 12 new technology and TVET-related programmes starting next year! 🙌
These include Bachelor of Technology degrees in cutting-edge fields like:
🔹 Artificial Intelligence (AI)
🔹 Data Science
🔹 Energy Engineering
🔹 Aviation
🔹 Avionics
✅ 3 programmes have already received conditional approval from the Ministry, with the first batch starting as early as January 2026. More will roll out in March and August.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Emeritus Datuk Dr Mohammad Kadim Suadi also shared exciting updates:
✈️ The first Aerospace Engineering students are set to begin this August.
⚡ The Energy Transition programme kicks off next year.
🏫 A brand new campus at Trombol and an additional one at Tropic City are also in the works to support these new initiatives.
