之前睡眠乱到不行,后来我用一个很硬的方式把它调回来(好孩子不要学😅)
做法很简单:不管前一晚多晚睡,隔天一定要早起,最好是有课的那种日子,比较有动力起来。重点是——
起来之后绝对不能再睡回去!
就算上课累爆,回家也不能补眠,午觉也不能睡。
我那时候是逼自己找事做,最好是会累的事,比如运动、整理东西之类的。
一直撑到晚上八九点左右,就真的会困到不行,直接睡下去,
那一觉是真的香,睡个十二小时,第二天八点自然醒。
我就是这样把作息拉回来的哈哈哈哈哈
