๐ Kenyalang Gold Card Now Available via Sarawak Pass!
The Kenyalang Gold Card (KGC) application can now be made conveniently through the Sarawak Pass digital identity platform! ๐ฑโจThe new digital application method was officially launched by State Legislative Assembly Speaker Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar, and announced by Minister of Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development, Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah, during the closing ceremony of the Sarawak International Conference on Ageing (SICA) 2025.
With this upgrade, Sarawakians aged 60 and above can now register and activate their Kenyalang Gold Card directly via their smartphones โ no need to visit the Welfare Department in person! ๐
Upon activation, users will instantly receive a virtual Kenyalang Gold Card, without waiting for the physical one.
This initiative not only enhances Sarawakโs digital welfare system but also reflects the governmentโs strong commitment to ensuring every senior citizen enjoys faster and more efficient access to welfare services. ๐ช
