✨ Borneo International Consumer Expo (BICE) Returns in 2026! ✨

The Borneo International Consumer Expo (BICE) is making its highly anticipated comeback in 2026, bringing together consumer education, cultural showcases, safe shopping experiences and world-class entertainment — all under one roof.

Organised by the Sarawak Consumers’ Association (PPS), BICE aims to empower consumers amid rising concerns over online scams, unclear transactions and unethical business practices. The expo serves as a trusted platform where transparency, awareness and consumer rights take centre stage.
