We are thrilled to launch the DBKU Events Calendar 2026, packed with a year of flagship international events—both beloved traditions and exciting new programmes!

With around 36 events from January to December, this year’s calendar is set to draw strong overseas participation and bring our community together like never before.

🎉 What’s happening this year?
✅ Long-running favorites continue to shine
✅ New events designed to attract local and international visitors
✅ Highlight: Kuching International Arts & Crafts Fair – debuting in 2025 with participants from 35 countries, and growing bigger this year!
✅ Santubong International Trail Run returns for its 3rd edition, welcoming runners from Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, Africa, and beyond.

🗣️ Deputy Minister Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Junaidi shared:
“We aim to welcome even more international participants to join us in Kuching this year.”

🏃‍♂️🌿 The Santubong International Trail Run, set for October, will be held at the foothills of Mount Santubong in collaboration with Sarawak Forest Corporation (SFC). Safety remains our top priority, with detailed route assessments underway.
