🔥 Borneo’s Biggest Bike Festival Just Took Over Kuching! 🔥

The usually calm Kuching Waterfront roared to life yesterday as 1,225 riders gathered for the Borneo Island International Big Bike Festival (BIBBF) 2026 — now officially the largest high-powered motorcycle gathering in Borneo! 🏍️💨

Organized by Borneo Island Big Bikers (BIBB) Sarawak, here are the highlights:

🌏 Riders from across Borneo
🇮🇩 Indonesia: ~400
🇧🇳 Brunei: 300+
🇲🇾 Sabah: 200
🇲🇾 Federal Territories: 120
🇲🇾 Sarawak: the rest

📅 Day 2 saw a 600-motorcycle convoy to Kampung Lot Bako.

🛣️ Road conditions have come a long way — from rough rides in the early years (since 1998!) to now being praised as smooth & biker-friendly.

🎸 Other vibes: Battle of the Band, traditional games, community fun, and entertainment.

🎩 Grand finale: A gala dinner with 1,200+ guests, officiated by Kuching North Datuk Bandar Datuk Hilmy Othman.

💡 The festival is also boosting Sarawak’s tourism, food, and small businesses.
