According to Deputy Minister Datuk Sebastian Ting, the event will not only spotlight Sarawak’s rich culinary heritage but also open doors for trade, investment, talent development, and global collaboration.

🍽️ Sarawak is proudly recognized as the "Asia Capital of Tapas" – a reflection of our creativity and multicultural identity.

✨ What to expect:

🧑‍🍳 Over 100 local & international exhibitors

🌏 Participants from 12 countries including Spain, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, and more

Mayor Adam Yii added that Miri is the perfect host – as the gateway to northern Sarawak and home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Gunung Mulu & Niah National Parks).
