Age is just a number! 💪❤️ Kuching South City Council (MBKS) is aiming to make history by setting a Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) title for the Largest Number of Senior Citizen Participants in a Zumba Event!📅 Date: 8 August 2026 (Saturday)
📍 Venue: State Hockey Stadium, Kuching
MBKS Mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng is calling on all senior citizens and folk dance enthusiasts to join this exciting event and prove that staying active has no age limit.
✨ More than just breaking a record, the Kuching Zumba Fiesta celebrates healthy living, active ageing and community spirit. Through dance, exercise and friendship, MBKS hopes to continue building an age-friendly city where senior citizens remain active, connected and appreciated.
The Kuching Festival Folk Dance Display, a beloved tradition for over 20 years, has always brought people together through culture, music and friendship—and this year, the celebration continues with an ambitious national record attempt! 🇲🇾
