🚣‍♂️ Batang Kayan Regatta 2026 is Coming to Lundu! 🎉

Get ready for three days of exciting races, culture, entertainment and family fun! 🌊✨

📍 Lundu, Sarawak

The Batang Kayan Regatta 2026 is expected to draw around 30,000 visitors to Lundu, bringing together traditional boat racing, cultural performances, exhibitions, entrepreneurship activities, food and sales booths, sports and recreational activities.

🚣‍♂️ The highlight? Traditional boat races!

A total of 9 racing categories will be featured, including the highly anticipated 30-paddler men’s Bidar category competing for the prestigious Raja Sungai Regatta Batang Kayan 2026 title.

💰 RM106,250 in total prize money is up for grabs, with the Raja Sungai Batang Kayan 2026 champion taking home RM20,000!

Teams from Lundu and other parts of Sarawak, including Seratok, Gedong, Sebuyau and Kuching, are expected to battle it out on the water. So far, 17 teams have registered for the competition. 🔥
