🚨 Expect Heavier Traffic Along Jalan Tun Jugah Until Year-End
f you frequently travel through Jalan Tun Jugah, Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho, Jalan Song and the Simpang Tiga area, be prepared for heavier traffic and possible lane closures during peak construction periods.The ongoing Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) project includes the construction of the elevated guideway for the Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) system, including piers, pier caps and guideway beams.
🚝 Construction of the ART station near the Simpang Tiga roundabout is also underway.
Some sections of Jalan Tun Jugah have been partially closed to allow heavy machinery to enter and for construction activities to proceed safely.
